taylor favrettoHeather Favretto obtained her BFA in Dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. In addition to Naganuma Dance she currently works for Cleo Mack Dance Project, John Evans & Dancers, and Glitterati. Heather has performed with Douglas Dunn and Dancers, Randy James Dance Works, and Terra Firma Dance Theatre as well as performing works by Bill T. Jones, Rennie Harris, Oberlin Dance Collective, Randy James, John Evans, Christian Von Howard, Julia Ritter, Tigger Benford, Jeff Friedman, and Sherry Alban. Her theatrical background ranges from playing the title role in Hamlet to dancing the role of ditsy Mitzi in Crazy For You.

She has been a dance educator for seven years and currently teaches dance at Union County College in addition to directing JC Grooves, an after school dance intensive that provides middle school students the opportunity to perform with professional dancers.

She is the founder and co-artistic director of Glitterati. Her choreography has been presented at DTW’s performance lab, H.T. Chen’s NewSteps Series, HATCH, Triskelion Arts Center, NJPAC’s Dance Jam, Rutgers University, Connecticut College, The Outlet Project, and at several concerts in and around the greater New York area. Heather’s work was commissioned by contemporary ballet company Terra Firma Dance Theatre, as well as Rutgers’ premiere a capella group, Casual Harmony, for which she was awarded best choreography by the ICCA.


Robert Taylor Jr. graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a bachelor’s degree in dance. His credits include television shows, music videos and the national tour of “Hairspray.” Taylor is honored to have once performed for Michael Jackson. He has trained with numerous professionals and has performed in some of the country’s most prestigious dance shows.
